How to Measure Yourself

To find the best fit, we recommend measuring yourself carefully. Use a soft measuring tape and follow these steps:

• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, usually just above the belly button.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape is level all around.
